2. Booking and Payment
Booking Process:-
All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our official channels. A detailed service proposal will be provided, including the costs, itinerary, and medical arrangements. The booking is confirmed once payment is made.
Payment Terms:-
All payments for air ambulance services must be made prior to the transfer unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. Payment can be made through accepted modes, including bank transfers and credit cards.
Cancellations and Refunds:-
Cancellations must be made in writing. Any refund requests will be evaluated based on the time of cancellation and the expenses already incurred. Partial refunds may be offered at Sky Horse Air Ambulance’s discretion, but administrative or operational costs will be deducted.
3. Patient and Medical Information
Medical Condition:-
It is the responsibility of the customer or patient’s representative to provide accurate and complete medical information prior to booking. Any undisclosed conditions that may affect the transfer process are the responsibility of the customer.
Medical Escorts and Care:-
Sky Horse Air Ambulance Services will provide qualified medical personnel during the transfer. However, the outcome of the patient’s condition during or after the transfer cannot be guaranteed.
4. Service Availability and Delays
Flight Scheduling:-
While we strive to adhere to agreed-upon schedules, flights may be delayed or rescheduled due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, government regulations, or mechanical issues. Sky Horse Air Ambulance Services is not liable for any consequences resulting from these delays.
Service Limitations:-
Our services may be restricted in some regions due to legal, regulatory, or logistical issues. We will inform you as soon as possible if services cannot be provided in certain areas.
5. Liability and Indemnification

Sky Horse Air Ambulance Services will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to delays, cancellations, medical outcomes, or any injury or loss during the transfer.
